So many ways our courses can open doors!
A nice email we’ve received from a former proofreading student.
Just thought you would like to know that following your course I wrote my book Life’s a Bag of Laughs and was offered a publishing contract two months after completion by Pegasus Publishers.
The book came out 26th June and I was named their book of the month July 2014 and am already one of their best sellers. I have also just been nominated for The People’s Book Prize Autumn 2014.
So, I didn’t become a proofreader but the course really helped me write my debut novel, so thanks very much.
I have a strong suspicion that this book was impeccably edited and proofread, too! Many congratulations from all of us.
