This course (the seminar equivalent of the Proofreader Plus course) covers the art and trade of proofreading, focusing on:

Work and how to get it.
This is certainly the fastest way to learn how to proofread. New techniques are reinforced with exercises, and points of doubt can quickly be cleared up by your tutor. Students take away two detailed manuals of course notes and additional exercises (with full model answers) to practise their new skills.
After the course you complete an assessment in your own time, and a certificate is issued to successful students, which is highly regarded in the industry.
